About Jersey Finance
Jersey Finance is a not-for-profit organisation formed in 2001. Representing and promoting Jersey as an international finance centre of excellence, we have a presence in Jersey, Dubai, New York, Hong Kong SAR, London, Johannesburg and Singapore.
Work-life balance
To support all of our colleagues, we regularly run wellbeing workshops, offer a flexible working from home policy and encourage a healthy work-life balance.
We offer an excellent health insurance package to support your general health, plus a limited amount of optical and dental care and a biannual health check.
Feedback from our team is important to us and we conduct staff surveys for regular suggestions and feedback on how we can improve.
Supporting our Island
We’re a sociable bunch and enjoy regular get-togethers organised by our Social Committee, lunch time exercise groups, team lunches as well as celebrating special days from around the world with exotic homemade treats.

We provide access and support for a wide range of resources, including online courses, workshops, and qualifications. Additionally, we encourage a culture of continuous learning and growth within our organisation through professional accreditation, subscriptions and knowledge-sharing sessions. By prioritising lifelong learning, we enable our employees to stay ahead in their fields, adapt to evolving industry trends, and achieve their full potential, ultimately driving success for both our employees and our company.
For example, four members of our Marketing Team successfully completed their Chartered Institute of Marketing Level 4 Professional Certificate in Digital Marketing after a year of dedication and hard work.
