Tim joined Jersey Finance in February 2021 as a consultant, working primarily in the Legal and Technical team.
He is an experienced Jersey lawyer (currently non-practising) and was a partner of offshore law firm Appleby for 20 years.
Tim is a member of the Jersey Law Commission and the Adjunct Professor of Immovable Property Law at the Institute of Law Jersey.
