Yiow Chong Tan joined Jersey Finance in September 2022 as our dedicated Director in Singapore, with his remit also covering the surrounding South East Asia region.

Lee WongFamily Office Adviser

Lee WONG is the Head of Wealth Planning at Pacific Eagle Group, a single family office established since 2003. In her current role, she is responsible for ownership structures, family governance, wealth planning, values and heritage preservation, family legal services and next generation development. Prior to this, Lee was the Head of Family Services for Asia for Lombard Odier covering wealth planning, family governance and philanthropy advisory. Lee has more than 25 years of experience in the private client and wealth management space. A lawyer by training, Lee practised as a lawyer in Allen & Gledhill and Drew & Napier before joining the private client space. Lee has been a trainer for Wealth Management Institute as well as Singapore Management University Academy for topics on wealth planning, family governance, family office and philanthropy. She is also a chartered trustee with Singapore Trustee Association.

Lucia LuchettiHead of Trust Services, IQ-EQ

Lucia joined IQ-EQ in February 2026, bringing a wealth of international experience in trust administration, corporate services, governance, and compliance. As Head of Trust Services, Lucia leads the Trust Administration team and oversees the delivery of end-to-end trust services to IQ-EQ’s clients across the APAC region. She drives team performance, manages key client relationships, and ensures full compliance with legal, regulatory, AML, and internal standards. Lucia also serves on the Board of our MAS-regulated trust entity in Singapore. Lucia’s extensive technical expertise, regulatory depth, and strong leadership track record of over 15 years are instrumental in strengthening our trust services platform and enhancing the client experience across the region. She brings not only deep subject-matter capability but also a people-first leadership style. Lucia holds an M.Sc. in Management and Corporate Governance, an LLM, and is certified as a FICA Fellow and Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP).
