Tokenisation is increasingly moving from concept to implementation across global financial markets. From funds and private credit to treasury functions and broader real-world asset structures, institutional adoption is accelerating and reshaping the future of finance.

Jersey is positioning itself at the forefront of this evolution, combining regulatory strength, legal certainty and a pragmatic approach to innovation to support the next generation of institutional digital finance.

Join industry leaders, advisers and decision-makers for a focussed discussion on how tokenisation is being implemented in practice, the opportunities it presents and the legal, operational and governance considerations emerging alongside adoption.

This event is designed for professionals navigating the convergence of traditional finance and digital innovation. Whether you are advising clients, structuring investment vehicles, or exploring digital asset strategies, understanding the implications of tokenisation and institutional digital infrastructure is becoming increasingly important.

You will gain:

  • Insight into how tokenisation is being applied across funds, private credit and broader real-world asset structures
  • A clearer understanding of the legal, operational and governance considerations associated with tokenised structures
  • Perspectives on the importance of regulatory clarity, institutional quality and cross-border compatibility
  • Insight into Jersey’s role as a credible bridge between traditional finance and digital markets
  • Access to peers and industry leaders shaping the future of financial market infrastructure

We are aware of planned strike action affecting the London Underground around 4–5 June.

Our event is currently proceeding as planned on Thursday 4 June and we are monitoring the situation closely. Any important updates will be communicated directly to registered attendees.

If you are travelling into London, we recommend checking the latest Transport for London travel guidance before setting off.
