The event, led by Faizal Bhana, Director – Middle East, Africa, Jersey Finance, Danielle McIver, STEP Bahrain and Tom Kimber, STEP Arabia, will focus on the structuring of ‘control’ in family enterprise’s succession planning.

The discussions will consider the legal, operational, governance, financial, tax, and investment considerations for family enterprises when succession planning, all within the context of the family maintaining and exercising ‘control’. This will all be from a Bahrain, GCC, and UK-Jersey perspective.

This exclusive breakfast roundtable event will feature a first-class line-up of experts from Bahrain, the wider Gulf region and further afield.

Our invitation-only event is aimed at the Bahrain, Gulf region and international professional advisory communities, as well as key stakeholders with expertise in family enterprises in Bahrain.
