Chris practised corporate law in Edinburgh and London with DLA Piper before joining the M&A team at RBS Group. Chris moved to Jersey in 2007 as the Head of Legal and Governance for RBS International covering Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Gibraltar and Luxembourg. After serving on the ExCo and Board of RBS International for more than a decade, Chris set up his own consultancy and then joined MasonBreese, initially as a non-executive director, in 2020.

Mike has a history as a strategic and transformational leader with a dynamic goal driven approach and a solid reputation for 'getting it done' as both Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director, across a global setting.
