This is a continuation to the investment business regime enhancements, outlined in our update in August 2021. In line with the Government of Jersey we have chosen to separate out the client assets component, to optimise the implementation process.
Given the support from prior consultations and that the proposed changes reflect specific and practical amendments, worked through within a working group, we have elected for a consultation period of four weeks.
