Boston is pleased to announce the promotion of Matthew Rawnsley-Gurd to the role of Head of Compliance in Jersey.
Matthew previously served as Compliance Officer, Money Laundering Compliance Officer, and Money Laundering Reporting Officer within the Jersey team and joined Boston following the acquisition of Aqua Group in 2025. He is a Certified Money Laundering Reporting Officer and holds a Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering from the International Compliance Association.
In his new role, Matthew will continue to lead Boston’s financial crime prevention strategy, maintaining robust governance across regulatory compliance and AML/CFT/CPF frameworks, while supporting the firm’s ongoing commitment to the highest regulatory standards.
