Praxis Celebrates Future Leaders Named in 2025 EPC NextGen Leaders list

Praxis Jersey’s James Harrison has been recognised as a rising star in the 2025 eprivateclient Crown Dependencies NextGen Leaders list.

The annual list highlights exceptional individuals with fewer than 15 years’ experience who are helping to shape the future of private wealth across Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man. It recognises both personal achievements to date and future leadership potential.

James, a Senior Manager, joined Praxis in 2023, bringing more than 13 years’ experience in offshore trust and corporate services. He leads a private wealth team and is known for his strategic thinking and ability to manage complex client structures. A strong advocate for team development, James actively mentors emerging talent and fosters a culture of continuous learning.
