UBS Global Wealth Management today announced that Tom Wheeler, Client Account Manager in Jersey, has been shortlisted in the Investment Management category of the Jersey Finance Rising Star Awards 2026.
The Jersey Finance Rising Star Awards recognise outstanding young professionals who are already making a significant contribution to Jersey’s finance industry and helping to shape its future as an international finance centre of excellence.
Since joining UBS in 2024 through the firm’s Graduate Talent Program, Tom has quickly established himself as a valued and trusted member of the team. Following completion of his master’s degree at the University of Edinburgh, Tom began his career at UBS Global Wealth Management in Jersey and currently works as a Client Account Manager, servicing high and ultra-high-net-worth clients with tailored banking and investment solutions.
Recognised for his thoughtful approach, professionalism and strong communication skills, Tom has built lasting relationships with both private clients and corporate service providers. He also continues to play an important role in strengthening UBS’s presence within the local Trust and Intermediary market.

Voting for the Jersey Finance Rising Star Awards is now open and closes on 12 June 2026, with winners due to be announced at the awards ceremony on 3 July 2026.
