Leader in the Mobilisation of Capital to the SDGs Award

Recognising the leading firm in the mobilisation of capital to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for Jersey’s key Financial and Related Professional Services (FRPS) sectors. Unlike previous years, this is not split by sector. Instead, we are looking for one overall, industry wide winner, who has most successfully mobilised capital to the SDGS, in proportion to the size of the business and the sector(s) in which they operate.

What will the judges be looking for in this category?

To demonstrate leadership, the firm should exemplify the embedding of environmental, social and governance factors into its business activities. Specific attention will be paid to activities in the financial services space which support the transition to a more sustainable economy, contributing to the allocation of capital that supports the SDGs.

Sustainable Finance Green Shoots Award

Recognising a firm in Jersey’s key FRPS that is relatively new to the sustainable finance journey and is making significant strides and progress in a quest to become a local force in sustainable finance.

This category is new for 2025 and exclusively open to firms who haven’t won an entry to any of Jersey Finance’s Sustainable Finance Awards and haven’t won any wider sustainable finance awards before 2025.

What will the judges be looking for in this category?

We are looking for a winner from any sector in our industry that has made changes to their approach and strategy facilitating a greater alignment and contribution to sustainable finance and has grand ambitions.

The winner of this category will be a firm that is embedding environmental, social and governance factors into its business activities. Specific attention will be paid to activities in the financial services space which support the transition to a more sustainable economy, contributing to the allocation of capital that supports the SDGs.Judges will focus on activities undertaken during the 2025 period, but earlier developments from 2022 onwards may be included if they form an integral part of the firm’s journey.

Individual Influencer Award

This award celebrates a Jersey-based individual within a member firm who is driving forward the sustainable finance agenda within their organisation, or the wider industry and is making an outstanding contribution to furthering Jersey’s vision to be a sustainable IFC.
