This is a very broad range of roles covering everything from secretarial, secretaries, personal assistants (PA), office managers and executive assistants (EA)- but all carry out support tasks for one or more individuals which might include administration, diary management and event planning.

Play a key role in coordinating the activities of the CEO’s senior team and communications across the business
There is a wide variety of jobs in Jersey as PAs and EAs will play a vital role in the smooth running of any company. Being an EA can be a rewarding career in itself, working alongside the business leader and board and at the heart of decision making.
It can be really interesting work giving you a much wider perspective across the business than is the case with many other roles. This means that it can also be a great entry point for careers in other specialisms – HR, marketing, company secretarial, other financial and operational roles. Similarly, a legal secretary could move into paralegal work or beyond.
