What is the opportunity?
Within this 6 month Secondment or fixed term contract the Administration Associate will assist with and manage the day-to-day administration for the team, and provide support to senior colleagues dealing with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team/office. A key part of this task will be helping complete the current AML remediation project.
What will you do?
Support Team Leaders by identifying their needs and delivering an efficient service.
Ensures client processes and team objectives are communicated, understood and adhered to by all team members.
Sets and maintains high performance standards for self, supporting RBC CI’s strategic goals.
Communicating with clients and processing client payments.
Assisting with the AML remediation project.
Preparation and processing of all new client documentation and amendments.
Monitoring of transfers of assets/cash from other institutions.
Liaising with colleagues within Business Support regarding administration of client accounts.
Ensuring client details and reviews are recorded correctly on systems.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook.
Accuracy, numeracy, attention to detail.
Clear and concise communication skills – oral and written.
Ability to meet deadlines/work within restricted timescales.
Nice-to-have
Proven AML Client Data Collection experience preferred.
