Associate – Pensions

We are looking to recruit an ambitious and personable associate specialising in pensions into our prestigious Trust and Private Wealth team.

This role will be to support our pensions practice in our Guernsey and Jersey offices. The successful individual can be based in either Guernsey or Jersey and will be required to travel between the Islands.

Duties include:

• Assisting with drafting and amending pension schemes
• Advising pension providers, trustees and employers on a range of pension issues
• Advising on pension legislation / regulation
• Providing specialist pension support as part of Corporate Due Diligence exercises

Successful candidates will be qualified in a commonwealth jurisdiction and have between 2 to 4 years of post-qualified experience, and a strong background in pensions law.
