Our role:
We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our Executive Compensation Services (ECS) team in Jersey as a Client Director. This is a senior role where you’ll help lead a high-performing team, manage a varied portfolio of employee incentive clients, and play a key part in shaping the direction of the business.
As part of the senior leadership team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, supporting the growth of the team, and ensuring high standards across service delivery, compliance, and risk management. The role falls within the JFSC’s Category 3 Senior Management Function, which carries specific regulatory responsibilities.
