At Equiom, we’re looking for a Senior Associate to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality trust and company administration services to our Private Clients.

As a Senior Associate, you’ll manage your own portfolio of client structures, support the professional development of junior team members, and work closely with managers to ensure client satisfaction, compliance, and efficient operations. This is a role for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys problem-solving, and is motivated by professional standards of excellence.

Your New Role

  • Manage client portfolios – Oversee the day-to-day administration of trusts, companies, and foundations in line with service agreements
  • Deliver high-quality documentation – Draft and review trustee resolutions, board minutes, payment instructions, filings, and agreements
  • Ensure compliance – Handle client onboarding, due diligence, AML/CFT requirements, KYC updates, and regulatory filings
  • Support and mentor others – Guide, train, and share knowledge with Associates and Trainees, setting a strong example in accuracy and service
  • Drive operational excellence – Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, support billing processes, and maintain audit-ready records
  • Collaborate and communicate – Build effective relationships with clients, advisors, banks, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless service

What will you need to succeed in this role?

As to be expected, we are searching for someone who can bring a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team. As such, there are a few essential skills we are looking for:

  • A number of years of experience in fiduciary, trust or corporate administration
  • Working toward a relevant qualification such as STEP or CGIUKI (Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland, formerly ICSA)
  • Strong understanding of offshore structures and basic fiduciary principles
  • Good written English and attention to detail in document preparation
  • Experience working with multiple jurisdictions or family office clients (desirable)
  • Familiarity with client administration systems and electronic filing platforms (desirable)
  • Exposure to client communication or relationship support (desirable)
