Jonathan Clarke

Jonathan joined Jersey Finance in March 2025 as fintech lead in the Strategy and Research team.

Born and educated in Jersey, Jonathan graduated from the University of Exeter with a BA Hons degree in Business and Management.

He is a Chartered Secretary and an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute (formerly the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators), with a strong background in governance and over a decade of experience in Jersey’s finance industry.

Before joining Jersey Finance, Jonathan gained comprehensive experience in fund administration, corporate services, and private client services.

Jonathan is passionate about the intersection of finance and technology, with a keen interest in the transformational impact of emerging technologies on traditional finance.
