Dr Rufaro Nyakatawa is the Director – Africa at Jersey Finance, where she leads the organisation’s Africa strategy, connecting African capital to global markets and global capital to African opportunities. Based in South Africa, she works closely with financial institutions, private wealth advisors, fund managers, family businesses, intermediaries and investors to strengthen the connection between African capital and global markets, while positioning Jersey as a trusted international finance centre and structuring partner.
Catherine de Maid
Catherine de MaidPartner, Burges Salmon
Catherine is a partner in the International Private Client team where she specialises in international tax, trusts and estate planning advice for a wide range of clients, from high net worth individuals to leading private banks and other financial institutions. She has particular expertise in advising South African clients and is recognised as a South African expert in Chambers. Catherine also heads up the Philanthropy team.
