Join us for CEO Connect: Connect and Celebrate, a relaxed festive lunch hosted by Jersey Finance Deputy CEO, Amy Bryant, exclusively for the Personal and Executive Assistants of our CEO Connect Members.

This event is an opportunity to thank you for your support throughout the year and bring you together with fellow PAs and EAs from across the CEO Connect network.

The lunch will feature a conversation with Gaëlle Deschamps, award-winning entrepreneur, advocate for women’s empowerment and IoD Director of the Year. Exploring ‘The Power of Your Influence’, Gaëlle will consider the influence PAs and EAs exercise every day through building trust, reading situations, anticipating needs and influencing decisions.

A two-course lunch will follow, with time for questions, conversation and making connections.

Profile

Amy is Deputy Chief Executive of Jersey Finance. Amy joined Jersey Finance in 2011, becoming Chief Operating Officer in January 2014 and assumed her current role in September 2017. Amy also retains an active position leading the Strategy and Research team which undertakes projects and initiatives to develop the financial services industry in the Island.

Gaëlle DeschampsGlobal Leadership Strategist, Executive Coach and award-winning leadership expert

Gaëlle Deschamps is a Global Leadership Strategist, Executive Coach and award-winning leadership expert with nearly 30 years of international experience developing leaders and empowering talent. Recently named 2026 Director of the Year by the Institute of Directors Jersey, Gaëlle has undertaken executive education at Harvard, London Business School and KEDGE Business School. Her global career spans leadership roles at L’Oréal, SABMiller and The Coca-Cola Company, where she served on the Global Leadership Faculty, helping develop leadership capabilities across a workforce of 86,000 employees worldwide. In 2021, she founded G Force, a leadership and confidence development company dedicated to empowering women and nurturing the next generation of leaders. She is also Co-Founder of LeadHers, a Jersey-based non-profit organisation committed to democratising leadership education, closing the gender gap and creating opportunities for young people, regardless of background.
