Karolina joined Jersey Finance as Strategic Projects Manager in May 2016, becoming Senior Manager in 2017.
Karolina is a qualified chartered accountant and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Previous to Jersey Finance Karolina was an Advisory Manager with PwC in the Channel Islands where she has managed a number of consultancy projects including regulatory and AML related projects at financial services providers and worked on the design and implementation of a new operating model for one of the leading global providers of financial services to institutional investors.

Kaye Nicholson is a dedicated campaigner and educator in diversity, inclusion, and social equity. As the Chief Executive Officer of Liberate Jersey, she leads the island’s equality and diversity charity, working to ensure that all Islanders from minority and marginalised groups can live free from discrimination and hate. As part of this work, she provides training on a variety of topics to build better understanding and inclusion within the workplace and beyond. She is an engaging public speaker, acts as a key stakeholder for Government and Scrutiny, and is consulted on policy formation by the public and private sector. Additionally, Kaye uses creativity and art to create connections within the community. An effective activist, she has personally campaigned for community rights, including equal marriage and same sex parental rights. Kaye’s commitment to social justice extends to her experience in various organisations.
