Jersey Finance is delighted to be partner with ALN Kenya | Anjarwalla & Khanna (ALN Kenya) to co-host a breakfast roundtable event in Nairobi on 16 April.

Based in Johannesburg, Dr Rufaro Nyakatawa’s primary focus is developing the strategy for Jersey Finance’s engagement in the South African market. She also plays a vital role in supporting the organisation’s wider activity across the continent.

Mona Doshi is a Partner at ALN Kenya | Anjarwalla & Khanna LLP and leads the firm’s Private Client department. She looks after the affairs of high-net-worth clients, including drafting wills and trusts, advising on succession planning, handling probate work and managing various aspects of a client’s wealth protection planning. Her practice includes advising on succession planning, drafting wills, handling probate matters, advising on onshore and offshore trusts, drafting shareholders’ agreements for family businesses, advising on prenuptial agreements, drafting settlement agreements, and advising on real estate and tax matters. Mona handles both local and multi-jurisdictional matters for private clients. She also acts for several charitable institutions and has assisted in setting up charitable trusts and foundations.
