Carrie has been providing tax advisory services in Mainland China for more than 20 years and has professional and practical experience in serving clients. Carrie is specialized in providing PRC and overseas tax planning and advisory services to ultra/high-net-worth individuals, their families, connected business and family offices. She assists clients in accumulating, preserving and transitioning their wealth, business and legacy to the next generation in an effective manner. Carrie also has extensive experience in serving corporations in respect of their tax issues pertaining to their investment, operations, restructuring, expansion and IPOs. Her experience includes the development of tax strategies, advisory on tax optimized operational and investment structure and the related corporate restructuring, tax risk assessment and planning, handling of tax controversy, etc.
