He has extensive experience advising on legal matters for both governmental and private entities, including the Saudi Central Bank and the Ministry of Human Resources. Dr. Alrashid also serves on various legal committees, contributes to academic research, and provides consultations in arbitration and internal auditing.

Prior to joining PwC, Ismael was acting as head of Private for another big four firm and was responsible for the design and execution of the overall firm strategy for private companies and their owners across all service lines.

She is charged with the oversight of the Riyadh office's indirect tax team, the KSA controversy team, and is at the helm of talent growth and development.
