This award recognises individuals who have contributed to digital excellence, fintech solutions, or digital innovation or transformation in their role. Most commonly working within IT teams or fintech environments, but not exclusively, it celebrates those from any function whose curiosity, adaptability, and forward-thinking approach have helped improve technology, systems, or products, and who show clear potential to help shape the future of Jersey’s financial and related professional services industry.
