Future Fit Workforce – Two Years On…
Two years have passed since the written output from the Future-Fit-Workforce (FFW) workstream was shared with the finance industry in 2022. A lot of work has been undertaken in this time, with the recommended actions woven into the ongoing work undertaken by Jersey Finance and informing our new initiatives.
