A clear choice for stability
Jersey has an expanding network of treaties across Asia. As a Crown Dependency, Jersey negotiates its own agreements, including Double Taxation Agreements (DTAs), Bilateral Investment Treaties (BITs), and sector-specific Memoranda of Understanding.
The Island has established DTAs with Hong Kong SAR and Singapore and is actively pursuing additional agreements in Asia to boost foreign direct investment.
