About the Programme

The fellowship programme between Jersey Finance and Rwanda Finance is a strategic partnership designed to nurture the next generation of financial professionals and foster greater collaboration between the two financial centres.

By facilitating the exchange of skilled Rwandan accountants, the programme offers participants valuable professional development, global experience and exposure to Jersey’s thriving financial industry.

Eligible candidates will be offered temporary employment for a duration of two to three years at one of Jersey’s financial and professional services firms. Ideally, candidates should possess an internationally recognised professional qualification, such as ACCA, CPA.

GR8 Just Good Work

Just Good Work is a platform GR8 commissioned to support its migrant labour workforce. It allows access to a secure GDPR compliant area where you can store your immigration paperwork such as Contracts, Visas and permits.

The aim is for you to have access to employment information and make an informed choice about coming to Jersey to live and work and to make sure they make the right decision based on their candidates circumstances.

You will be able to read information such as:

  • locations of religious houses should you have a religion you wish to practice when here
  • local amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, parks etc
  • Jersey bank holidays and other celebrations on the Island i.e. The Boat Show and Battle of the Flowers
