Crestbridge Fiduciary has recognised the contribution and achievements of a number of its team through its latest mid-year promotions.
Amongst those recognised is Emma Sanford, who has taken on additional senior leadership responsibilities to become Advisor the Board as well as Head of Human Resources. In her expanded role, Emma will work with the Board to drive high performance and service excellence across the business, ensuring Crestbridge’s people strategy is aligned to its business priorities.
Emma has over 20 years of strategic and operational experience in Human Resources and Learning and Development, across the financial services, legal, e-commerce, and public sectors. She has particular expertise in talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations and developing high performing teams.
In addition, Vicky Edwards – who recently won the ‘Governance Excellence – Family Office Services’ category at this year’s Jersey Compliance Awards and was shortlisted in the International Compliance Association Compliance Europe Awards – becomes Associate Director within the firm’s Compliance and Regulatory Risk team.
Melloney Bond has also been promoted to Senior Manager in Client Operations, whilst there are promotions too for Stephanie De Sousa in Client Handling, Sarah Eden in HR, and Morgan Tupper in the Accounts team.
Effective from 1 July 2026, the promotions recognise the achievements, efforts, commitment to professional development, and contribution to the firm’s growth over the past year.
