Delta Outcomes has opened its capital raise for the Agentic Impact Private Fund, a new generation of investment vehicle designed to fuse artificial intelligence with impact investing. The firm’s objective is to provide investors with early access to a strategy that targets performance-driven impact while redefining how modern capital drives change. The fund remains in pre-launch and is open to expressions of interest from qualified and professional investors, with final commitments and regulatory approvals expected ahead of the launch in early 2026.
The Agentic Impact Private Fund will blend private equity discipline with public market agility, investing in 30 to 40 global companies driving progress across Climate Action, Biodiversity Preservation, and Human Advancement. At the heart of the strategy is Delta Outcomes’ proprietary impact assessment frameworks, combined with a Private AI platform built to think like an analyst but act with the speed and accuracy of data science. The investible universe has been filtered for financial quality and impact potential using AI-driven scoring models aligned with industry-standard frameworks.
“We are building a fund for investors who expect more from their capital,” said Rob Stewart. “AI allows us to analyse complex data in real time and uncover companies creating measurable value for both shareholders and society.”
Delta Outcomes uses AI to elevate human judgment. Proprietary AI agents conduct governance due diligence, and every company is evaluated through the firm’s proprietary Impact Assessment. Delta Outcomes has begun raising £10 million in seed capital for January 2026.
“We see this as part of the Great Reallocation of capital,” said Philip Faure.
