Digital Assets Insights Shared at Malaysia Roundtable

Jersey Finance was honoured to co-host a roundtable discussion in Kuala Lumpur yesterday (13 February) with Halogen Capital Sdn Bhd, Malaysia’s first licensed digital asset fund manager.

The event explored Malaysia’s evolving digital asset landscape, regulatory developments in both jurisdictions, Jersey’s funds for digital assets offering and the tokenisation of real-world assets.

Senior representatives from both organisations discussed opportunities for collaboration, including Jersey’s robust funds regime and its tax treaty with Singapore. Speakers included:
