Doughnut Economics, Sustainable Finance and Celebrating Success

This is a final call to register for the upcoming Sustainable Finance Awards, taking place on Thursday 30 April 2026 at Cineworld, Jersey.

Now in its fourth year, the event has been designed not only to celebrate achievement but also to inspire ambition and collaboration through a number of expert presentations and discussions.

This year’s event will feature a keynote address from globally renowned economist and author Kate Raworth, best known for her pioneering work on Doughnut Economics. Her perspective on reshaping economic thinking to meet the needs of both people and the planet will provide a thought-provoking highlight to the evening.

Attendees will also hear from David Craig, Co-Chair of the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD), who will deliver a presentation focussed on mobilising capital towards sustainable outcomes.

Dame Susan Rice, Chair of the Global Ethical Finance Initiative (GEFI), will moderate a panel session discussing the role of technological innovation in supporting sustainable finance initiatives.

In addition to the speaker programme, the evening will provide valuable networking opportunities, alongside the recognition of organisations and individuals who are demonstrating leadership and innovation in sustainable finance.

Aurelie Boas will also attend the Awards and provide an overview of some of the inspiring entries received for the new ‘Simon Boas Success Story’ Award, in honour of the late Simon Boas, which aims to recognise a local firm that has delivered a distinct, exceptional and inspirational contribution to sustainable finance in Jersey.
