Fairway Group Enhances Client Onboarding Through Vaiie Strategic Partnership

Independent private client, corporate, funds and pension services provider, Fairway Group, has strengthened its client onboarding capabilities through a strategic partnership with fellow Jersey business, Vaiie.

The collaboration reflects Fairway’s continued investment in enhancing client experience, operational efficiency and regulatory excellence, while also supporting an innovative local business.

Vaiie has worked closely with Fairway to implement its purpose-built SaaS onboarding platform across the Group’s Jersey office, with a roadmap for future international rollout.

The platform replaces Fairway’s previous onboarding processes with a single integrated solution, streamlining client onboarding while enhancing compliance, security and service delivery. It enables Fairway clients to complete identity verification, submit documentation and manage onboarding requirements through a secure digital portal under the Fairway brand, delivering a more seamless and efficient experience for both clients and internal teams.

Fairway’s CEO, Alistair Rothwell commented: “We’d recognised that the client onboarding journey is often a painful process that can undo so much of the initial goodwill we had fostered in new client relationships – the partnership with Vaiie to develop a solution that overcomes this has been truly collaborative and is an excellent example of how we can work with innovative Jersey businesses to implement tailored solutions that support both our operational goals and our client-first approach. This investment enhances our onboarding processes today, while also providing a scalable framework for the future”.

By consolidating multiple systems into one secure, auditable platform, Fairway has significantly improved onboarding efficiency, strengthened data security and established a consistent model that can support future growth across multiple jurisdictions.

Vaiie’s CEO, Lee Bosio, said: “Fairway is exactly the kind of firm Vaiie was built for, a business with complex, multi-jurisdiction requirements and an uncompromising standard for compliance. Working closely with the team, we were able to replace a fragmented, manual process with something that not only meets their regulatory obligations today but is built to scale with them as they grow. We’re proud of what we’ve delivered together and look forward to supporting Fairway across their international locations”.

Fairway Group was established in Jersey in 2000 and has enjoyed continuous growth since its launch and today employs over 130 people. A ‘consciously independent’ owner-managed business, Fairway is a leading provider of private client, corporate and funds services as well as pensions and innovative savings products.
