Jersey headquartered, independent Private Client, Corporate, Funds and Pensions services provider, Fairway Group, has appointed Jodie Gray to its board of directors, while eight further colleagues have also been promoted.
Client Director Jodie Gray, who joined Fairway in 2023, has been appointed to the board of directors of Fairway Trust Limited, recognising her consistent professionalism, sound judgement and effectiveness as a leader.

Across the business, eight further promotions have been made recognising each individual’s dedication, expertise, and contributions to the firm. These promotions include Nicole Stower to Client Director, Pensions; Heidi Chilvers to Manager, Compliance; and Ana Freitas to Manager, Company Secretarial Services in Madeira.

Nicole Stower, Client Director, Pensions, has been with Fairway since February 2013, and is an integral member of the pensions team, specialising in local pension arrangements and providing trusted guidance to both clients and intermediaries. Nicole’s role has more recently expanded to cover local corporate pensions and international employee incentive structures. She is recognised for her operational expertise, client-focused approach, and collaborative leadership.
Heidi Chilvers, Compliance Manager, oversees the day-to-day compliance activities of the business, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, Codes of Practice, and internal policies. With over 11 years at Fairway, Heidi brings deep compliance expertise and a commitment to improving processes, fostering cross-team collaboration, and helping the firm stay ahead of regulatory developments.
Ana Freitas, Manager of Fairway’s Company Secretarial Support Services team in Madeira has over 18 years’ experience in the International Business Centre of the Madeira Free Trade Zone. Ana brings extensive corporate governance and regulatory knowledge. Her meticulous attention to detail, organisational skills, and collaborative approach make her a trusted leader within the team.
Other promoted colleagues include Monica Freitas, Vladimira Renner, Carla Moniz, Conor O’Byrne, and Charlotte Austin, who have all contributed significantly to the delivery of high-quality client services across the Group.
