KPMG in the Crown Dependencies Promotes Lisa Aune to Director

KPMG is pleased to announce the promotion of Lisa Aune to Director within its Restructuring practice, recognising her extensive experience, leadership and contribution to the firm’s restructuring and insolvency services across the Crown Dependencies.

Lisa has over 20 years of experience in Jersey’s finance industry and rejoined KPMG’s Restructuring team in April 2023. In her role, she has responsibility for the operational management of the team and oversees all restructuring and insolvency engagements across the Crown Dependencies. She brings significant expertise in both solvent and insolvent liquidations, having led the wind-up of a wide range of complex structures, including listed private equity funds, fund of hedge funds, trading entities and property-holding vehicles.

Lisa previously worked within KPMG’s Restructuring team between 2013 and 2016, during which time she obtained a well-recognised certificate from the Insolvency Practitioners Association. She has also held senior leadership roles within the financial services industry, with responsibility for delivering director‑level services, leading large international teams, and overseeing accounting, regulatory and reporting functions across multiple jurisdictions.
