Rossborough Announces Key Senior Promotions Across the Islands

RA Rossborough Limited, part of the Gallagher Group, has made a series of senior leadership appointments in the Islands, including the return of Richard Clarke as Group Head of Healthcare.

In his new position, Richard will oversee the management of Gallagher’s healthcare clients across the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Having previously served as Managing Director of the Guernsey office for six years, Richard brings extensive experience to lead a team of health insurance professionals, focused on delivering quality solutions for clients’ healthcare and wellbeing needs.

Meanwhile, John Lowery has been appointed Group Head of Sales. A Chartered Insurance Broker with over 25 years in the industry, John has played a key role in the growth of Gallagher’s Corporate & Professional Risks portfolio. He now takes on responsibility for leading the sales team through a period of unprecedented growth and expansion across Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.

Natasha Lucock has been appointed as Managing Director of the Guernsey office, stepping up from her previous role as Group Head of Sales. With over two decades in insurance – spanning both underwriting and broking – Natasha was recognised earlier this year as a future leader in the Future Leaders Top 70 Leaders List that highlights exceptional talent and insightful leadership.

Kim Davies, who has been with the business since 2018 and held a number of senior roles, remains as an Executive Director of the Guernsey company.
