“The Rising Stars Awards are a great celebration of all the hard work and professionalism that our young people contribute to the finance industry. This generation of professionals are the future leaders of our industry which continues to evolve, and all the nominees have demonstrated real enthusiasm and passion for their roles, each with their own unique skills that make them stand out from the rest.
“Although being a high achiever in their roles stands them in good stead for their career, it’s often the soft skills that make them truly indispensable to their colleagues and clients. Values like teamwork, kindness and integrity are a core part of succeeding in the workplace, and so I’d encourage all young people to ensure they nurture these elements of themselves.
“I’d like to extend a warm congratulations to all the worthy winners of the Rising Stars Awards this year and wish them all the best in their careers going forwards.”
