What’s the Opportunity?

We’re looking for a motivated Associate to join our dynamic Banking Product Management Team in Jersey. As part of Wealth Management Europe (WME), you’ll play a key role in managing our suite of banking products across the UK and Channel Islands. From handling client queries and ensuring regulatory compliance to improving processes and supporting our client-facing teams, no two days will be the same. What Will You Do?

  • Be the go-to person for client-facing teams and internal stakeholders, providing quick and confident support on banking products and processes.
  • Tackle queries head-on, using your knowledge of regulations and procedures to find solutions.
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager and team on projects, workflows, and committee meetings.
  • Keep our systems in check by monitoring exceptions, reconciling transactions, and ensuring compliance.
  • Help shape and improve our banking products, policies, and procedures to reduce risk and boost efficiency.
  • Deliver key reports and manage regulatory deadlines—think of yourself as the team’s reliability anchor.
  • Keep our documentation and archives organized, ensuring everything is audit-ready.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

Must-Haves

  • Hands-on experience in the financial services industry, ideally in banking.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills—you’ll be collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to stay organized under pressure.
  • A proactive mindset, with the confidence to escalate issues when needed.
  • Comfort handling sensitive information with integrity.
  • A solid grasp of regulatory requirements.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with UK and CI banking regulations.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international payment systems.
