Join Jersey Finance for the next CEO Connect – our exclusive, invitation-only lunch series for senior leaders – featuring Nadia O’Shaughnessy, Head of Insight at Themis.

Hosted by a member of the Jersey Finance Leadership Team, this intimate lunchtime discussion will bring together a small group of CEOs and senior executives to explore the rapidly evolving global risk and regulatory landscape, and what it means for leadership accountability.

Drawing on Themis’ work across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, Nadia will offer a forward-looking perspective on the global forces reshaping risk, regulation and senior responsibility, including:

  • Geopolitical risk and financial crime – how a fragmenting global order is influencing illicit financial flows, jurisdictional risk, and the implications for market access and strategic decision-making.
  • The regulatory trajectory – how the regulatory system is responding, from FATF’s effectiveness agenda to the rise of AI as both a threat and a tool, and what this means for senior accountability.
  • The Gulf: opportunity and risk – a region where these dynamics are converging in real time. The Gulf’s emergence as a global financial hub brings new opportunities, risks and regulatory considerations that senior leaders should be watching closely.

The lunch will include a keynote conversation with Nadia, followed by a chance for open discussion among peers.

CEO Connect is a ‘bolt on’ option to Jersey Finance membership and provides CEOs with timely and informative content, access to exclusive events, as well as a host of additional benefits.
