Join Jersey Finance for the next CEO Connect – our exclusive, invitation-only lunch series for senior leaders, featuring Hugo Coelho, Director of Policy and Advisory at Financial Innovation for Impact and Research Affiliate at the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance.

Hosted by Joe Moynihan, Chief Executive Officer at Jersey Finance, this intimate lunchtime discussion will bring together a small group of CEOs and senior executives to explore the growing role of digital assets and their impact on global financial services.

Drawing on his work advising governments, regulators and international finance centres, Hugo will offer insights into how digital assets are reshaping value transfer, market infrastructure and competitive dynamics, including:

  • Market transformation – how digital assets are changing the representation, transfer and intermediation of value across financial systems.
  • Jurisdictional strategy – how international finance centres like Jersey are adapting to balance innovation with stability while competing and collaborating globally.
  • Regulatory evolution – how leading jurisdictions are approaching areas such as stablecoins and tokenised financial instruments.

The lunch will include a keynote conversation with Hugo, followed by a chance for open discussion among peers.
