Jo FerbrachePerformance Coach, Boost

Jo Ferbrache is a Certified Physical Intelligence Coach with a wealth of experience in marketing and sales, having led teams as Managing Director of a marketing agency and in leadership roles across the hospitality and food service industries. Once held back by a fear of public speaking, Jo transformed her confidence by harnessing the power of her internal chemistry—learning to support, rather than sabotage, her performance. Today, as a keynote speaker and part of the coaching team at Boost, Jo empowers others to do the same. Through her approachable and energising style, Jo creates a supportive environment where participants can explore techniques to enhance their physiology, let go of limiting beliefs, and perform with confidence and strength.
