Tania serves on the steering committee of ‘100 Women in Finance’, South Africa – a global NPO aimed at gender equity and empowering women at all career stages.
A career banker, she has worked on both sides of the balance sheet - both in structured lending and wealth management at local - and international financial institutions.
Most recently she had a five-year tenure with international wealth manager and Swiss Bank Julius Baer as an offshore wealth advisor to local families and offshore structures.
In April 2023, Tania joined ‘Verum Capital’ as Executive Partner, responsible for developing Verum’s offshore External Asset Management - and Structured Products capabilities to local independent financial advisors, in addition to global wealth management for her suite of private clients.

Helena Conradie is a seasoned business leader and former CEO of Satrix, the leading index-tracking business in South Africa.
Since 2000, Helena has led the indexation business from a small quantitative team managing the first Exchange Traded Fund in South Africa, to a diversified business offering ETFs, unit trusts and segregated portfolios across the retail and institutional space. At the time of her departure, end of 2021, Satrix had R160bn of assets under management.
Helena's strong global network and significant role in establishing the South African passive investment industry has earned her recognition as a pioneer and thought leader in the field. Her innovative approach to democratizing investments and promoting financial inclusion has seen key initiatives such as SatrixNOW (partnering with EasyEquities) and IndexMore (partnering with BlackRock) being launched. This was also recognised by Harvard Business School in a case study about Satrix in 2020.
