Rosa is a Managing Partner at ALN Kenya, which is generally considered the leading corporate law firm in Kenya and is the largest full-service corporate law firm in East Africa. Rosa consistently assists various local, regional and international clients with a broad range of corporate governance matters. Kunal is the Partner - Chief Operating Officer and International Business Centre Director for Eastern Africa at Grant Thornton Kenya. He joined the firm in 2009 and has over the years risen through the ranks to become the COO in 2012.

As the COO of Grant Thornton, Kunal leads the business development function in growing the firm's market share as well as increasing its visibility. He also doubles as the International Business Centre (IBC) Director for East Africa. In this capacity, he coordinates business development activities with Grant Thornton member firms in Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania and Ethiopia with Kenya as the lead.

He is a Director heading IT Advisory at Grant Thornton Advisory East Africa Limited handling IT Advisory and cyber services in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. He also represents Africa in digital and technology transformation working group for Grant Thornton International.

He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Certified Data Solutions Privacy Engineer (CDPSE) with over 15 years of experience in Information Systems Audit, Cyber security and strategy Advisory, Information Systems Risk Advisory, Data Privacy Advisory and Governance of Enterprise I&T serving clients in the financial sector, telecom sector, manufacturing, technology, education, healthcare, logistics and energy sectors.

She is a strong Governance professional with over 10 years’ experience as a Practising Company Secretary having served on several private companies’ Boards and on two publicly listed Companies: Centum Investment Company Plc (4.5 years) and Absa Bank Kenya Plc (4 years).

Loise is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Certified Public Secretary (Kenya), an Accredited Governance Auditor, a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public. She also recently received certification as a Genos Emotional Intelligence Practitioner.
