She is fully aware of the significance of establishing relationships of trust and transparency to engage multiple key stakeholders for growth and expansion. Farida draws on work from her experience with the FTSE 100 companies in Kenya, including Diageo, AstraZeneca, GlaxoSmithKline and G4S. Farida is an Accredited Executive Coach by the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) UK.

Isaac Kahara is an accomplished project finance and financial risk management professional with 17+ years of experience in various leadership roles in corporate, consultancy and public sector. He is currently the Country Head - East Africa at UK Export Finance (UKEF), whose role is to increase access to UKEF financing offer, consider appropriate bankable projects and supporting UK trade relations across East Africa. Prior to joining UKEF, Isaac was a financial risks advisor at Deloitte for close to a decade, in addition to several years in various roles in finance, risk management and treasury management for large corporations.
