An Executive MBA graduate from London Business School and entrepreneur, she brings extensive expertise in strategy, governance, and risk management to enhance corporate performance and ensure family business continuity. Dana serves on several committees and actively champions CSR initiatives focused on human development and community empowerment. Fawaz AlBawardi is an investment executive with extensive expertise in private equity, public equity, fixed income, derivatives, structured products, and debt structuring. His career has been defined by a focus on wealth preservation, disciplined portfolio management, and the execution of complex M&A transactions. He has played a central role in capital allocation, governance, and the development of long-term strategies that align financial markets with corporate growth. Alongside his investment leadership, Fawaz has served in advisory and strategy committees within ministries, as well as sub-committees of national councils, contributing to policy development and sectoral initiatives. He is also active in nonprofit organizations as a board and investment committee member, guiding endowments and foundations on capital stewardship, sustainability, and governance.
