Emma Pichon
After the birth of her children in 2019, Emma planned to return to her position within a family office in 2020. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting uncertainty, she decided to defer her return until her children were older.
In 2022, she accepted a role outside the industry in an educational environment for one year. By October 2023, she switched back to the finance industry to achieve a better work/life and financial balance for her family.
Her reduced working hours are flexible to accommodate family life, while still allowing her to progress and develop her professional career in a sustainable manner.
