Risings Stars Awards Categories

Members can put forward their junior staff members (16-30 years old) for outstanding achievements in the categories below. This is a fantastic opportunity for Members to reward and recognise their company’s young talent, by showcasing their successes and achievements.

 

This award is for part-qualified or newly qualified individuals for their outstanding talent in accountancy and those who have gone above and beyond in their attitude to business strategy development and delivery, achieving bottom-line results beyond expectation.
This award recognises individuals working within the banking sector. This could include analysts, mortgage advisors, digital or customer-facing roles. This award recognises them for their exceptional contributions to both their organisation and the broader industry, as well as highlighting their potential to consistently deliver substantial contributions in the years ahead.
Reward a colleague for their outstanding contributions to the development, understanding, or implementation of compliance, risk, ethics, and governance in their organisation. This person may have been nominated for their proactiveness, their attitude to risk and their communication and problem-solving skills.
 



A Rising Star in Digital is an individual whose attitude, flexibility and market awareness has helped to drive significant change and development with digital innovation, technology, and products.
This category is designed to recognise an individual who has demonstrated their positive role in advancing diversity and inclusion in their workplace. They inspire others with a sense of purpose, passion and commitment and are true ambassadors in this area for their company.
This award is open to individuals working in a funds sector role within Jersey’s finance industry. This individual will be awarded for their overall achievements and work within the industry, which could include raising the organisation's profile, of the organisation, mentoring or acting as a role model, or who have impressed colleagues with their desire to succeed and achieve excellence in the funds industry.
This award is designed to reward an individual who has made an outstanding impact on their company’s people management strategy, demonstrating leadership, empathy, determination, and energy in implementing Human Resource business objectives.
This award is for an individual who has made a continuous and outstanding contribution by going above and beyond in their role in insurance, while positively impacting on their company’s success.
Through this award, you can nominate individuals within your organisation who, through their innovation and outstanding knowledge in their area of expertise, delivered excellent client relations and portfolio management.
 



This award is designed to reward a bright, ambitious and exceptional individual whose contribution to their marketing and/or business development team’s efforts has been outstanding, whether through their innovation, creativity or extraordinary use of marketing tools and resources to help drive significant change.
This award is open to individuals whose time management, project management, analytical mind and attitude have helped create significant improvements to key business processes, while positively impacting on their company’s success. These roles could include receptionist, executive assistant, project manager or administration assistants for offices.
