Nominations are open to Jersey Finance Members only. If you are a Jersey Finance Member firm, you can nominate via the nominations form in each category.
Nominations must be made by a nominee’s manager or a senior member of staff within their own organisation. You cannot nominate yourself or someone from another firm.

Select your category from the website. Follow the nomination buttons to the platform, create an account and submit your nomination.

Voting is open to the public from Tuesday 6 May 2025 to Wednesday 11 June 2025. All nominations will be reviewed and shortlisted by three independent judges followed by public voting. Individuals are limited to three votes per category. Jersey Finance reserves the right to exclude any votes that appear to indicate suspicious activity such as regular and frequent voting patterns for extended periods.

No, it’s free for all Jersey Finance Members to nominate. All nominations will be reviewed and shortlisted by three independent judges followed by public voting.

Managers can submit multiple nominations across all categories.

Yes, nominees should be between 16 – 30 years old at the time of submission.

Yes, you can be nominated and/or shortlisted for any future awards. Your Member firm will need to submit a nomination form for the current year on your behalf. Find out more about the nomination criteria.

Votes will be counted at the end of the voting period and the winners will be announced at the Rising Stars Awards Ceremony on Friday 4 July 2025.

Shortlisted candidates will receive complimentary passes to the awards for themselves and one guest and all nominees will receive a complimentary ticket. Any Member firms who would like to support the event, will be able to purchase a table of 10 or an individual ticket on a first-come, first-served basis when they go on sale.

Please note that it is only one table per Member firm.

Members can also purchase an individual ticket, if you buy additional individual tickets on separate bookings, we cannot guarantee you will be sat together and you will be placed on a mixed networking table.

Yes, people who do not work for a Jersey Finance Member firm can attend the awards as a plus one or guest of a shortlisted candidate. Please note that non-members cannot purchase a table of ten at the awards ceremony.

The dress code for the award ceremony is cocktail/ formal dress.
