Yiow Chong Tan joined Jersey Finance in September 2022 as our dedicated Director in Singapore, with his remit also covering the surrounding South East Asia region.

Nancy is head of Bedell Cristin's International Private Client practice. Nancy has over 20 years of legal experience in both the private client area as well as the corporate sphere. Nancy advises ultra-high net worth families, family offices and intermediaries from all over the world on all aspects of private client structuring including the use of trusts and foundations, as well as related corporate law issues (including where such vehicles are used for philanthropic purposes). She has considerable experience with high value and complex family governance structures, including ones where the founders wish to retain a degree of control over their family assets. Nancy also advises regularly on matters involving family disputes and disputes between trustee and beneficiaries. She works closely with her litigation colleagues for matters which require a court application. Nancy is qualified in 4 jurisdictions, being Jersey, BVI, England and Wales and New Zealand.

Pearlyn specialises in providing Singapore income tax and international income tax advice including structuring and transaction-based advice tax advisory in the private wealth / asset and fund management space as well as in the real estate sectors. She has over 14 years of experience in this industry. Pearlyn also has experienced working in the tax financial advisory sector with global asset managers during an 18-month secondment to New York, United states.

Dr Justin Chan is the founder and CEO of JCube Capital Partners, a CMS-licensed fund management company under the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Besides, he also founded DataDrivenInvestor, an application ecosystem empowering investors and professionals with data, knowledge, and expertise in their quests for investment insights and opportunities. Dr Chan was a former quantitative strategist at Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo, a Boston-based asset management firm with over US $135 billion in assets under management. A former researcher and published author in finance, Dr Chan specialized in microstructure, alternative data and behavioural finance, and published in peer-reviewed academic journals. Dr Chan was a former research faculty at Singapore Management University and is currently serving as Fintech, AI and Blockchain at NUS Advanced Computing for Executives. He received his Ph.D. in finance at UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Richard is a seasoned professional in the private banking and wealth management industry with over 15 years of international experience. He currently serves as the Head of Asia Family Office Team at Schroders. In this role, he leverages his extensive experience and dedication to deliver exceptional service and provide strategic guidance to his clients. He joined Schroders in 2019 as a Senior Relationship Manager, bringing his expertise from the wealth management business of Thirdrock Group, which was acquired by Schroders – where he served as a Client Advisor from 2017. Before joining Thirdrock, Richard held positions at global financial institutions, working across various locations including Australia, Singapore, and London. He has contributed his expertise to organizations such as ANZ, Standard Chartered Private Bank, and Coutts & Co, where he honed his skills in wealth management, investment advisory, and relationship management.
