Faizal specialises in banking and finance and has advised corporates, family offices and families including on their international investment and holding structures.

Rishabh Shroff is a Partner in Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. He is based in the Mumbai office of the Firm. After completing his LL.B at the London School of Economics, London, he joined the Firm in September 2007. He was admitted as an advocate in the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa (India) in 2007. He is also a Solicitor, Supreme Court of England & Wales. Rishabh is the Co-Head of the Private Client practice at the Firm, specializing in family constitutions and settlements, trusts, wills and succession planning. He provides succession, taxation, estate and wealth planning advice for wealthy individuals and their families, who are often promoters of large family businesses. He provides related advice to trustees and other private client service providers, such as family offices and institutional / corporate trustees.

Mr. Nirav Shah is an expert Chartered Accountant, having his beginnings in the vibrant state of Gujarat, India. Being an excellent academic, he marked his achievement by scoring Ranks in both Inter CA and CA Finals. His journey encompasses a pivotal stint at KPMG in Mumbai, where he occupied the position of International Tax and Finance Specialist. Throughout his professional expedition, he emerged as a master advisor in cross-border transactions from International and Domestic Tax and Regulatory perspectives. CA Nirav Shah embarked on another journey and started FAME Advisory DMCC in 2014. With his extensive skills and decades of experience, he played a pivotal role in helping several companies from different sectors by setting up the right corporate holding structure for the group, evaluating new businesses/investment opportunities, suitable family structures for asset protection, strategising inputs/reviews for businesses, and managing compliance issues.

Mahesh is currently Head of Wealth Planning & Family Advisory, Europe Middle East & Africa and has been with Standard Chartered for 16 years. Previously he was with Merrill Lynch for 6 years in London and Dubai and 5 years with Fortis Banque (Suisse) / Intertrust before joining Standard Chartered Private Bank in 2009. He holds an MBA for Wealth Managers, Fiduciaries and Trustees from Manchester Business School, UK and a BSc in Mathematics & Management from Royal Holloway, University of London, UK. Mahesh was born and grew up in Nigeria besides living in India, United Kingdom, Kenya and UAE. Mahesh is a professional member of the Society for Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP), currently Chairman of the STEP Arabia Board and a fellow professional member of the International Compliance Association (ICA). His expertise lies in Wealth / Estate Planning and Insurance solutions for the ultra-high net worth client segment.

Hemang has been with FAME Advisory since 2016 and currently serves as a Senior Manager – Corporate Services. In his diversified leadership roles, Hemang is a core member of FAME Advisory and has very efficiently dealt with the clients and major authorities of the UAE to successfully executing different projects assigned to him. With a professional experience of more than 17 years, Hemang has developed his expertise in business development, advising corporate structuring and re-structuring, executing company incorporations in the UAE as well as 25+ international jurisdictions, advising on family succession & inheritance planning and providing managerial & directorial services to the corporates. Holding a Bachelors Degree in Technology – Hemang is a management professional and an enterprising leader with a strong record of contributions in streamlining operations, invigorating businesses, heightening productivity and improving systems & procedures.

Pankaj Gupta is the Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Gulf Islamic Investments (GII), a leading financial services firm in the GCC with over $3.5 billion in AUM. Under his leadership, GII has expanded globally with regulated subsidiaries across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK, Luxembourg, Germany, and a digital bank in Abu Dhabi. In December 2024, he led the successful NASDAQ IPO of zSpace, the world’s largest educational AR/VR company. Pankaj is recognized for his expertise in leadership, strategy, and investment management, and is known for his entrepreneurial spirit, mentorship, and commitment to ESG and inclusivity. Actively engaged in the global startup ecosystem, especially in India, he mentors students from top universities and regularly speaks at international forums.

Karen joined JTC following the acquisition of FFP in 2024 and has over 35 years’ experience in financial services, specialising in Trusts. Originating from the Channel Islands and relocating to Dubai in 1994, Karen has significant experience structuring tailored solutions for High and Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals and families across the GCC, Africa and sub-continent. Prior to joining JTC, Karen worked for various trust companies, where she led the Trust and Estate Advisory unit. In her spare time, Karen also serves as the Branch Secretary for STEP Arabia Committee.

Kiran Chaudhry is a multifaceted entrepreneur with over two decades of diverse international experience spanning law, corporate strategy and creative entrepreneurship. With foundational education from Oxford University and professional legal practice at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London, Kiran brings a blend of analytical, legal, and business acumen to all her corporate ventures. Her career has evolved across leadership roles in the UK, Pakistan, India, and the UAE, including her tenure as Director of Resham Textile Industries Ltd. In Pakistan, then Vice President of Impresario Entertainment in India and as founder of the globally recognized ethnic-wear fashion brand ANAYA by Kiran Chaudhry. After moving to Dubai in 2020, Kiran focused on her passion for real estate. She expanded the family real estate portfolio through strategic investments and established successful ventures in property management, and interior design under the Kensington Homes brand.
