Elliot re-joined Jersey Finance in November 2018 from Crestbridge where he managed their Management Company Services Group.

Elliot’s role is to help define Jersey’s product offering for funds as well as to oversee the strategy and execution of marketing Jersey as both a domicile and destination for Alternative Investment Managers and their funds.

Jo has over 25 years of Asia Pacific cross-functional expertise, has held senior leadership roles in regional management, strategy, client and business development, and has built and managed successful regional teams and operations for major global institutions. Her roles have spanned intermediary, buy/sell side, education, and entrepreneurial sectors, with a predominant focus on alternative investments and private markets alongside the evolution of the financial services sector. Jo is a seasoned presenter, moderator, business consultant, strategic advisor, writer and industry thought leader active across the industry. She also holds multiple consulting, corporate advisory, treasurer and wider NFP board roles.

Jame DiBiasio is a media entrepreneur, board director, author, podcaster, and fintech writer. He is editor the The JDB Report, “tech+money, retold”, a newsletter and video platform providing insight and conversations in digital finance (visit https://www.dibiasio.com). He was previously founder of DigFin, a media company he sold, and founding editor of AsianInvestor, a publication covering asset management that is part of UK publisher Haymarket. He also served as editorial director for all of Haymarket’s financial titles. His latest book is ARABIAN CRYPTO: UAE EDITION, about digital-asset success stories in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. His other business books include PLANET VC, COWRIES TO CRYPTO, and BLOCK KONG. He has also written books on Southeast Asian history, as well as fiction. Jame currently chairman of the Fintech & DeFi Committee of Financial Executives Club, and previously served on the board of the Fintech Association of Hong Kong.

Belle is an experienced fintech professional well versed in both TradFi and Digital Assets. With a background in structured products in traditional finance, she has accumulated over 20 years of experience in business development and commercial strategy. Belle specialises in APAC GTM strategy across Fintech SaaS solutions, digital assets prime brokerage and OTC services. She is passionate in building the bridge between Tradfi and Digital Assets, and a firm believer in scalability through institutional adoption. She is now the regional lead in APAC for Xapo Bank for the client coverage group, mainly serving and growing the region through strategic partnerships and institutional integrations. She also serves as one of the co-chairs in the digital assets & blockchain committee within Fintech Association of Hong Kong.
